Hi! I'm Bailey, let me tell you a little about myself. 

I am originally from Georgia, then moved to Nevada at age 8 and two years later moved to Chillicothe, Ohio. Since the age of 10 I have made Chillicothe my home. I have been grateful to have so many wonderful things enter into my life while living in Chillicothe, I thrive to help and better my community any way I can.

I am a 2015 Chillicothe High School alumnus, but while in high school earning my State Tested Nurses Assistant/Patient Care Assistant Certifications. In 2021, a group of friends and I started CultTalkNet, a Podcast Network that today hosts 5 podcasts. But it wouldn't be until a year later that I would co-host my own podcast named CultTalks: Conspiracy! Where we talk about any and all conspiracy theories as well as any strange cryptids or occurrences. 

In 2022 I began studying Real Estate, I began working as a Property Manager for residential and commercial units, Until 2023, when I became an agent with First Capital Realty and joined the National Association of REALTORS® shortly after. I love being able to assist those in finding their home, or even home away from home, like their office!  

I love getting to see someone walk into their new space for the first time. The happiness and even slight fear that comes along with it is beautiful to me, because I get to watch and be a part of someone’s new journey beginning. No matter if someone is ready to move right now, or it’ll be a couple years I am right there along for the ride. My job as a Real Estate Agent is to assist those in the transaction of a real estate property, my duty as your REALTOR® is to get you home.
